Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ali Baba for Cosmetics. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the international nature of our shipping and the hygiene requirements of cosmetic products, we have established the following guidelines.

1. RETURNS

Because we source our products from international suppliers to offer you the best prices, we currently only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened makeup, skincare, or personal care tools unless they are defective.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or the incorrect item received. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim for damage is approved), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (where applicable), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure the fastest possible global delivery. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched by our international fulfillment partners, and a cancellation will no longer be possible.

6. ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

If your order has not arrived within our estimated delivery window (please allow for international shipping delays), please contact us. We will track the shipment and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
